Jan 10 - Development Coordinator
Yarnell Community Center, located in Yarnell, AZ, is seeking a dedicated, motivated individual with the skills to take initiative and work independently as our Development Coordinator. This new, part-time position in the organization will offer the opportunity and responsibility to build the Center’s development function. This will include designing and implementing a diversified, comprehensive and integrated fund development program. The Development Coordinator (DC) will report to the Executive Director (ED) and spearhead development efforts as the YCC continues to grow. This part-time position is funded through a grant from the Arizona Community Foundation. If the successful candidate lives outside of the service area, he or she will be expected to spend several days a month in Yarnell (housed in partnership with local residents), and may do other work electronically. ... more >
Sep 1 - Development Manager
The Development Manager will be responsible for the design and implementation of the Foundation’s comprehensive fund development program to include the following: one-to-one donor development; major gifts; planned giving; corporate and foundation grants; limited special events; volunteers; outreach; direct mail and database oversight. Emphasis will be placed on expanding the Foundation’s individual donor base, including major gift donations, as well as growing the Foundation’s legacy gifts.
